- Received the Zell Miller Scholarship. He was also a member of Mill Creek's student advisory board.
- Played for Thunder LB3, the same club as signee Garrett Meuninck. Tucker spent four seasons with the Thunder and helped them to the championship at the Naptown Challenge and also achieve a top-10 ranking in the national polls.
