Kyle Bradburn joined the Mercer Football staff in July 2015 as the Director of Football Operations.
Bradburn arrives at Mercer following his time at Florida State as a recruiting assistant. During his tenure with the Seminoles, he helped plan and execute recruiting visits, created and managed prospect recruitment marketing materials and assisted in the management of the Jimbo Fisher Football Camp and Florida State’s Junior Day and Pro Day.
“The Director of Football Operations is a vital position for our organization, as he wears many hats for the program,” said head coach Bobby Lamb. “We’ve been fortunate to have Daniel Tate, who is also an Assistant Athletic Director, in that position in the past, but we are blessed to have a full-time director. Kyle brings that experience as a recruiting assistant at Florida State and a video coordinator at a NCAA Division II program, while also coaching high school football. We feel he will be a big asset to our program and are excited to welcome him to the Mercer Football family.”
Prior to Florida State, Bradburn served as a business development manager at Hudl where he led sales and customer service for Hudl Recruit. He helped grow the Hudl Recruit program to the top of the video recruiting service industry and worked with project managers to create design and software enhancements for program.
His coaching experience includes a stint at North Alabama as the video coordinator, where he managed the program's practice and game footage while also creating weekly motivational highlight videos.
Bradburn began his work in football at Florida State University High School, serving three seasons as the running backs coach. In that time, he worked with the team's running backs and kick returners while also handling scouting duties and assisting with student-athlete academic progress.
He earned his bachelor's degree in social sciences from Florida State in 2009 and will complete a master's degree in sport management in August.
