
Men's Tennis to Open SoCon Play Against UNCG

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer men's tennis will open Southern Conference play on Wednesday afternoon against UNCG at the LeRoy Peddy Tennis Center at 1 p.m.
The Bears are 6-8 on the season and have won four of their last six matches, falling only to No. 34 Clemson and No. 72 UCF. UNCG has a 4-4 record and has recently lost to both Georgia Southern and Winthrop.
Arsav Mohanty leads the Bears with an 8-2 singles record, while Sam Philp has tallied a 7-5 mark so far this season. In doubles, Arnav Mohanty and Arsav Mohanty are 6-6, including a 5-3 mark at the number one spot.
