NOTABLES
SCOUTING THE RAMBLERS
Loyola Chicago enters the matchup coming off a 4-1 victory over Akron this past Sunday. Much like the Bears, the Ramblers failed to produce a goal in both of their losses. Junior forward Jenna Szczesny leads the squad with three goals on the season. The Ramblers' roster is very similar to Mercer's being full of new faces, with eight freshmen on the team.
Â
SCOUTING THE GOLDEN EAGLES
Marquette enters Sunday's match riding a three-match winning streak, most recently winning at Lousiville, 2-0. The Golden Eagles also earned three points over another team from the Bluegrass state, defeating Kentucky 2-1 earlier this season. Marquette's lone loss of the year was in their season opener to then No. 2 Stanford. The Golden Eagles have proved to be a second-half squad this year, scoring six goals in the second period, while only netting one in the first.
