Bears Take on Pair of Palmetto State Opponents

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer women's soccer squad aims to stretch its longest winning streak to a season-high three games, when they travel to Clinton, S.C. to face the Presbyterian Blue Hose, this Friday, Sept. 15 beginning at 7 p.m.

Following the match Friday, the Bears will return home to host the South Carolina State Bulldogs on Sunday, Sept. 17, with a start time of 2 p.m.

South Carolina State enters the weekend winless, holding a 0-5-0 record. The Bulldogs have already faced one SoCon opponent this season, dropping a 2-1 decision at The Citadel. South Carolina State is led by Tierra Pullard who has scored the lone goal for the Bulldogs this season. The Bulldogs have been outshot by their opponents this season 108-18.
