Bob Hoffman Coach’s Radio Show Set To Air Oct. 30

MACON, Ga. – With the opening tipoff of the 2018-19 Mercer men's basketball season quickly approaching, head coach Bob Hoffman and the Mercer Sports Network announced the dates and times for the 2018-19 Bob Hoffman Coach's Radio Show set to air live from Margaritas in Mercer Village.
The first broadcast is set for Tuesday, Oct. 30 and all 11 of the editions of the Bob Hoffman Coach's Radio Show will be aired live on the Mercer Sports Network from Margaritas from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Macon's 100.9 The Creek FM is the flagship station for the Mercer Sports Network. Broadcasts of the show can also be accessed via SportsMic, the free downloadable app for smart phones and tablets.

During each show, Mercer head coach Bob Hoffman and Rick Cameron, "The Voice of the Bears," will sit down and discuss the Bears' upcoming opponents and recent games. Additionally, each show will feature giveaways, specials guests with a behind-the-scenes look at the players and coaches on the Mercer program and more.

Fans can get their first glimpse of the 2018-19 edition of the Mercer team this Sunday, Oct. 28 with the annual Orange and White Intra Squad game (2 p.m. at Hawkins Arena). Mercer will open the regular season Tuesday, Nov. 6 on the road at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. The Bears' home opener is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 9 against Piedmont College with tip-off set for 7 p.m. at Hawkins Arena.
