Mercer seeking second SoCon win of the season
MACON, Ga. – The Mercer men's lacrosse team will welcome No. 13 High Point to Five Star Stadium at 1:30 p.m. Saturday for a Southern Conference match.

The Bears (1-9, 1-3 SoCon) are coming off a road loss at Furman and are seeking their second league win of the season against the nationally-ranked Panthers, who enter the match at 9-2 overall and 3-1 in SoCon play.

The nationally-ranked Panthers are riding a two-match win streak heading into Saturday, having most recently defeated Furman on March 30 and Air Force on April 6. High Point earned two early-season wins over No. 2 Duke and No. 9 Virginia to jumpstart its case for a national ranking.

Asher Nolting ranks fourth nationally in points per game (5.82) and was named the SoCon Offensive Player of the Week for a third time after posting three goals and six assists against Air Force last week.
