Bears defeat visiting Spartans, 6-1, on Sunday

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer men's tennis team snapped a two-match skid with a dominant 6-1 Southern Conference victory over UNCG at the Leroy Peddy Tennis Center on Sunday.

Five Bears earned five straight-set wins in singles action while the duos of Olivier Stuart/Nicolas Guillon and Carver Arant/Fernando Guardia won in doubles play to earn the point. The Bears improved to 10-11 overall and 3-1 in SoCon play with the win.
