Bears to visit Lipscomb on Tuesday night
MACON, Ga. – For the final time in the 2021 season, the Mercer Bears will step out of conference, this time against the Lipscomb Bisons. Kickoff between these former ASUN foes is slated for 7 p.m. Eastern and will be streamed on Lipscomb's YouTube page. This will be the second-straight contest versus opposition from the Music City, following the 3-2 OT win over Belmont on Saturday.

These two will meet for the 18th time in history, and Mercer holds the 12-3-2 advantage in the series. Mercer is unbeaten in the last eight, winning seven of the contests over the Bisons. It will be the first meeting between the two since a 1-0 overtime win for the Bears in 2016 on the road in Nashville. The Bears and Bisons met annually from 2001 until 2013, when Mercer departed for the Southern Conference.
