Mercer falls 5-2 to Eagles on Saturday
MACON, Ga. - Mercer fell to former ASUN foe, FGCU, by a 5-2 margin on Saturday afternoon at the Leroy Peddy Tennis Center.
Even though the visiting Eagles snagged the doubles point, Mercer's No. 3 duo - Alexandr Koliev and Marceau Fouilhoux - held a 5-4 lead when the match was called.
Samuel Macleod took a straight-set win at No. 4 singles with a 6-4, 6-1 line. Samuel Barrow went the distance for his 7-6, 6-4, 10-4 win.
