Men’s Golf Tees Off at Daniel Island Intercollegiate

MACON, Ga. – Mercer Men's Golf Team travels to Charleston for the Daniel Island Intercollegiate. The 54-hole tournament is hosted by Charleston Southern at Daniel Island Country Club.
THE FIELD
The Bears will be matched up against 18 other schools that feature 90 other competitors. The schools included in this event include the hosts Charleston Southern, UNCW, Middle Tennessee St., Arkansas State, ULM, Maryland, USC Upstate, Seton Hall University, Lipscomb, VCU, Stetson, College of Charleston, South Carolina, Southern Mississippi, Coastal Carolina, Campbell, and Francis Marion.
THE LINE-UP
Leading Coach Payne's squad is senior Jonathan Parker who finished tied for 40th at the Carolina Cup. Joining Parker are Jay Spivey, Connor Holcroft, Gustav Sjoberg, and Charlie Fischer.
