Promotion Schedule Announced For 2023-24 Men’s Basketball Season

MACON – A plethora of student-focused events, including t-shirt giveaways and opportunities to win free apparel and other memorabilia, highlight the marketing & promotions schedule for the 2023-24 Mercer Men's Basketball campaign that was released on Wednesday.

The Bears will lift the lid on their newest campaign on November 6 when they kick off Homecoming Week on campus by battling Clark Atlanta in Hawkins Arena. Students in attendance at that event will have the chance to win a free record player as part of a senior citizen-themed dress up contest. Star Wars Night has been slated for January 17 and will be highlighted by a lightsaber and t-shirt giveaway, as well as ticket prices set at $5.01. Â

Mercer will Lace Up 4 Pediatric Cancer on December 9 when the Orange & Black tangles with Georgia State, and will recognize veterans and active service members on Febrary 17 against Samford. Senior Day is scheduled for February 24 against UNC Greensboro.
