MACON, Ga. -Â The Mercer women's lacrosse team looks to win its fourth consecutive game when it welcomes Kennesaw State to Five Star Stadium on Sunday March 19.

SERIES HISTORY
Sunday's contest will be the ninth meeting between Mercer and Kennesaw State. Mercer leads the series 7-1. The Bears have not lost at home to the Owls, owning a 3-0 record in Macon.
LAST TIME OUT
The Mercer women's lacrosse team used a big second quarter to pull away from Manhattan in a 20-6 win last Sunday. The Bears outscored Manhattan 8-1 in the second quarter.
Mercer outshot Manhattan 30-20 and held the Jaspers to just four shots on goal in the first half. Turnovers were 18-12 in favor of the Bears.
The Bears had 11 different goal scorers account for their 20 goals, led by Maddi Koury who had a career-high five goals and one assist.
Erin Degnan had three goals, two assists and three draw controls. Kayla Soltys led the Bears with eight draw controls to go with one goal and one assist.
Mercer goalie Kate Vanderlinde made seven saves allowing just three goals with a .700 save percentage, before Kayla Casey took over in goal in the fourth quarter.

Kennesaw State enters Sunday's game with a 1-7 record and has lost its last seven since winning its season opener.
