Bears Travel to Bellarmine for Midweek Conference Game

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer men's lacrosse program will travel to Louisville, Kentucky to take Bellarmine University on Wednesday, March 29 at noon at Owsley B. Frazier Stadium.

Bellarmine is led by Andrew Whitley who is entering his fourth season as head coach for Bellarmine. The Knights are currently 6-2 and 1-1 in ASUN conference play. They have had wins over St. Bonaventure, Marist, Canisius College, VMI, Marquette, and Queens.
The Knights return 36 players from the 2022 season, and they welcomed 15 new freshman. The Knights currently leading point score is Junior attackman Kyle Playsted who has 40 points on the year (19 goals, 21 assists). Behind Playsted is Junior attackman Christian Della Rocco who has 29 points (23 goals, 6 assists)Â on the season.
