Bears Open Play At Cullan Brown Collegiate On Monday

MACON – The Mercer men's golf returns to the course on Sunday for the Cullan Brown Collegiate in Lexington, Kentucky. The two-day, three-round event, hosted by the University of Kentucky, will be played at the Lexington Country Club.

The Bears last played three weeks ago at the JT Poston Invitational, hosted by Western Carolina. Mercer finished the event tied for tenth as a team at 29-over. Freshman Henry Robards led the way for Mercer, collecting his first career top ten finish. The Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida native finished the event even, good for a tie for ninth place. Nathan Trodd and Ryan Curran both finished at 10-over, while Trey Mixon and J.T. Herman rounded out the Bears lineup at 13-over and 15-over, respectively.

The Cullan Brown Collegiate features a 15-team field. The Bears will tee off on Sunday at 1:10 p.m.
