
Women's Lacrosse Announces 2025 Schedule

Bears open season at home on Feb. 11 against USF
MACON, Ga. - Entering the 10th season under head coach Samantha Eustace, the Mercer women's lacrosse team announced its 2025 schedule.
The Bears who are coming off their third consecutive Big South championship season, will play a 17-game regular season slate that includes nine home games at Five Star Stadium. Mercer once again has a strong non-conference schedule, that includes teams from prominent conferences such as the ACC, Big 12, and AAC.
The eight-game Big South Conference slate begins March 29 when Mercer welcomes Wofford to Five Star Stadium.
Mercer opens its 2024 season on Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 4 p.m. at home versus USF. It is the inaugural season for the USF women's lacrosse program who will play in the AAC.
The Bears will then travel to Blacksburg, Virginia to play Virginia Tech in the first away game of the season on Saturday, Feb. 15 at noon. The two teams have split their first two all-time meetings over the last two seasons with each team winning on the road. Mercer will then play home games against Vanderbilt on Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 1 p.m., followed by hosting Kennesaw State one week later on Feb. 26 at 4 p.m.
The Bears will take a trip out west to Tempe, Arizona to begin March. Mercer will play a pair of Big 12 team's in Arizona State on Tuesday, March 4 at 2 p.m. ET, followed by a neutral site game in Tempe against UC Davis a few days later on Friday, March 7 at 2 p.m. It will be the first all-time meeting between Mercer and Arizona State and the second all-time meeting between the Bears and UC Davis.
Mercer will return from its trip out west to visit Clemson on Tuesday, March 11 at 3 p.m. The non-conference slate for the Bears concludes with Florida (March 15) and Jacksonville (March 26) coming to Macon to play the Bears.
Mercer's Big South schedule is balanced with home and away games as the Bears don't play any consecutive home or away conference games. After opening Big South play at home against Wofford on Saturday, March 29 at 2 p.m., the Bears will go to Gardner-Webb on Wednesday, April 2 at 4 p.m.
Three of Mercer's four home conference games fall on Saturday's with the final home game of the regular season on Wednesday, April 23 at 4 p.m. against Furman. The Bears wrap up the regular season by traveling north to Farmville, Virginia to play Longwood on Saturday, April 26 at 4 p.m.
The Big South Tournament - hosted by the Big South regular season champion - will be on Friday, May 2 (Semifinals) and Sunday, May 4 (Championship).
