4x100m Relay Squad Posts Another Top 10 Finish On Saturday

ORANGEBURG, S.C. – Mercer's 4x100m Relay squad posted its second top-10 finish in as many weeks to highlight action for the Mercer track & field team on Saturday at the South Carolina State-hosted Sharonda Coleman-Singleton Classic.

Melissa Ubani, Jiya Hastings, Samayia O'Dneal and Ceylani Rembert all ran a leg in the relay performance that yielded a ninth-place showing that was just more than two seconds off of the pace of the event champion.

The Bears will continue their regular season slate next weekend, April 19-20, when they split their squad and head to both the Georgia Tech Invitational and the North Carolina A&T-hosted Aggie Classic.
