Bears Finish Day One at Golfweek Fall Challenge

PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. – The Mercer men's golf team wrapped up day one of play at the Golfweek Fall Challenge on Sunday. As a team, the Bears are tied for eighth on the 15-team leaderboard at seven over.

Freshman Henry Robards had the low round on the day for Mercer, finishing even in the first round of the tournament. He is tied for 24^th on the individual leaderboard.

Trey Mixon also had a strong performance for Mercer, finishing the day one over. He sits in a tie for 30^th on the individual leaderboard.

Nathan Trodd shot two over for the Bears, while J.T. Herman shot four over and Ryan Curran shot 12 over.

Round two will tee off tomorrow morning at True Blue Golf Course.
