Women's Tennis Prepares For Final Tournament Of Fall At Wofford

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer women's tennis fall season will conclude this weekend as the team competes at the Wofford Terrier Invite. The Bears will be one of 10 programs participating in the three-day event that begins on Friday, Nov. 7

The Bears last played at the UTC Steve Baras Invite Oct. 24-26. Marina de Diego Quinones highlighted action for the team with a 6-2, 6-2 win over East Tennessee State's Alessandra Caceres in her opening match of the SoCon singles draw on Friday before falling in the quarterfinals. She also picked up a pair of wins in the consolation bracket.
