MACON, Ga. - The Mercer women's lacrosse team concludes its regular season Saturday at Longwood. First draw is set for noon from Farmville, Virginia.
A win would clinch a share of the Big South regular season title for the Bears.

SERIES HISTORY
Wednesday's game will be the 7th all-time meeting between Mercer and Longwood. Mercer leads the series 4-2 and has won each of the last four games. Last year, Mercer defeated Longwood twice, including in the Big South Tournament Semifinals.
LAST TIME OUT
Sofia D'Angelo tied her career high with five goals, but the Mercer women's lacrosse team fell 18-17 in overtime to Furman Wednesday from Five Star Stadium.
SCOUTING LONGWOOD
Longwood enters the game with a 1-13 overall record and 1-6 record in Big South play. Longwood's lone win came against Radford.
Longwood was picked to finish sixth in the Big South Preseason Coaches Poll.
Longwood has struggled both offensively and defensively this season. Longwood is averaging just 7.9 goals per game and allowing 16.6 goals per game, both rank second to last in the conference.
The Lancers don't have a player with at least 20 goals on the season. Freshman attacker Alexandra Hurst leads the team with 25 points (14G, 11A).
The expected starting goalie for the Lancers is Cybella Smith who owns a 17.5 goals against average with a 42.6 save percentage.
