Padio, Stefanovic Head To ITA All-American Championships

MACON – Seniors Hod'Abalo Isak Padio and Nemanja Stefanovic will put their talents up against some of the nation's top collegiate tennis players this weekend when they compete in the ITA All-American Championships on the campus of The University of Tulsa in northeast Oklahoma.

Padio will open up his portion of tournament play on Saturday when he takes on Memphis junior Obrad Markovski at 11:30 a.m. ET. Stefanovic will play his opening match at Tulsa's Michael D. Case Tennis Center at 12:30 p.m. against Arkansas sophomore Ben Weintraub.

The double elimination singles tournament for both the main and consolation draws is slated to conclude on September 28. Live streaming, as well as live scoring, will be offered through TrackTennis.

Stefanovic racked up a career-best 20 victories last season, including six against SoCon competition, while compiling an 11-6 clip at No. 1 singles. Padio, likewise, registered an 11-6 record at No. 2 singles during the spring portion of the 2024-25 season and finished with a team-best 22 singles wins. Both student-athletes earned a spot on the All-Southern Conference squad.
