GREENSBORO, Ga. – Katie Scheck finished her second round on Saturday with a 3-under, 69 and is tied for second place after two rounds at the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational from Great Waters Course in Greensboro, Georgia.

Mercer is in third place in the field of 15 teams at 4-over, 580. UNCG leads the field at 2-under, 574.

Scheck's round of 69, saw her finish with five birdies and two bogeys. Her nine birdies over the 36 holes are tied for the most in the field of 80 players.

Tylar Whiting carded a second round of 1-over, 73 and is tied for fifth at 1-under par. She has taken advantage of the par 5's where she is 3-under for the tournament which is tied for the best score on the par 5's.

As a team, Mercer has 28 birdies which is second most in the field and 116 pars which is tied for most in the field.

The final round will start at 9 a.m. form a silent shotgun start.
