2014: Played in 55 games, starting 53 and garnered a .275 batting average in 153 at-bats … Primarily played in the outfield, but made nine appearances on the mound, including seven starts, finishing with a 5-2 record with a 1.69 E.R.A … Pitched a full game, three-hitter in a 6-1 win at Savannah State (March 26) … Stole 10 bases on 10 attempts and tied for the best Stealing Percentage on the team with a 1.000 average.
2013: Carter sat out the season due to NCAA transfer rules as she came to Mercer from Florida State College at Jacksonville
2012: Played one year at Florida State College at Jacksonville under head coach Jami Friedman, where she was named 1st Team All-Conference, Conference Player of the Year, 1st Team All-State, 2nd Team All-American, and was also named a team MVP.
2011: Played one year at Appalachian St. under head coach Shae Wesley.
High School: Four-year letterwinner in softball under head coach Natalia Gonzalez, as well as a three-year letterwinner in volleyball at Mandarin High School. Was named All-Conference three years, All-State four years, All-First Coast four years, received the Coach's Award, and also was named a team MVP. Also awarded the Most-Loved award on her volleyball team.
Personal: Born on Oct. 23, 1993 to parents Tony and Tracy Carter… Has an older sister Taylor… Favorite sports team is the Boston Red Sox… Majoring in media studies with a minor in theatre.
