2016 at MERCER: Produced one of the most consistent offensive seasons in Mercer history while earning All-Southern Conference First Team honors for the second consecutive year... Led the SoCon and team with a .414 batting average and 26 stolen bases... The .414 average ranks as the fifth-best single-season mark at Mercer... Led the team and finished second in the SoCon with 79 hits, which rank as the third-most in a single season at Mercer... Had at least one hit in 47 contests while piling up 24 multi-hit performances, including eight three-hit games... Batted .387 against SoCon foes... Took a team-best 17-game hitting streak into the SoCon Tournament... Started and played in all but one of Mercer's 58 games at the corner outfield positions... Led Mercer with a .989 fielding percentage... Was named SoCon Player of the Week for March 14-20... Went 2-for-4 with one run scored and one stolen base in an upset win over nationally-ranked Minnesota (March 12)... Went a combined 6-for-9 in a twin bill at Alabama State (March 30) and added three RBIs, two runs scored and two stolen bases.
2015 at MERCER: Started all 59 games from her right field position during sophomore campaign … Led the team and ranked third in the SoCon with a .392 batting average … Topped the team and ranked second in the league with 83 total hits … Had 26 multiple-hit performances … Notched three or more hits in five contests … Drove in 23 runs with eight extra-base hits … Plated multiple runs in five contests … Led the conference and ranked eighth nationally with seven triples on the year … Tied for fourth in the SoCon with 98 total bases … Ranked third in the conference with 21 stolen bases on 23 attempts … Finished second in the SoCon with 48 runs scored … Ranked fifth on the team with 74 putouts … Recorded season-highs with three runs scored and three stolen bases in a win over Western Michigan (Mar. 8) … Tallied a career-best four hits in a 6-0 shutout of Michigan State on Mar. 14.
2014 at MERCER: Played in 56 games, starting in 54 finishing with a .324 batting average in 136 at-bats … Played every game in the outfield, but also pinch ran on two separate occasions … Led the team in sacrifice bunts with seven … Finished second on the team in stolen bases with 12 and third on the team with a .923 stealing average.
High School: Four-year letterwinner in softball under head coach Maria Sharett as well as a four-year letterwinner in track & field at Mountain View High School, where she was Honor Graduate and member of the Beta Club, National Honor Society, and was a Peer Leader. She was named All-County and All-Region four consecutive years from 2010-2013 and was named Player of the Month three times.
Personal: Born on June 29, 1995 to parents Terry and Tyese Miller in Decatur, Ga… Has two brothers, Malcolm and Zach… Favorite sports team is the Atlanta Falcons… Majoring in nursing and would like to become a neonatal or pediatric nurse.
