Men’s Tennis Looks to Snap Skid at Stetson

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer men's tennis team will look to get back to its winning ways as the Bears head to DeLand, Fla. to face the Stetson Hatters this Saturday, March 2. Play is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.

Scouting the Hatters
Stetson enters Saturday's matchup currently riding a two-match winning streak. The Hatters are 6-5 on the season, posting a 4-2 victory over East Carolina in their last outing (2/23/19). Tim Gennes has earned the most singles wins on the season, holding a 7-4 mark on the year. Stetson has yet to drop a match at the Mandy Stoll Tennis Center, going 2-0 at home so far this season. The Hatters are led by head coach Christophe Noblet who is serving in his fourth year at the helm.

The Bears will conclude their road swing, traveling to Jacksonville, Ala. to face the Jacksonville State Gamecocks, next Thursday, March 7.
