Mercer Remains at Home to Face Fairfield

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer men's tennis program will face Fairfield on Saturday, February 25 at 2 p.m. at the Randy Stephens Tennis Center, coming off a win over Georgia College.

RECENT ACTION
The team hosted Georgia College on Wednesday and defeated the Bobcats 5-2. All three doubles teams won matches while four of the six singles players defeated their opponents. Nemanja Stefanovic took a 6-4, 6-2 victory over Karol Malriz, the 2022 All-Peach Belt Conference Freshman of the Year. Marceau Foulihoux won his eighth singles match of the year with a victory on court five.

SCOUTING FAIRFIELD
The Stags have only claimed one victory this season which came earlier this month when Fairfield pulled off a 7-0 sweep over Lafayette (0-4) at home. The Stags lost to Army and Yale with the closest matches being against Fordham and Brown, losing 4-3 in both.

The team is scheduled to travel to Kennesaw to take on the Owls this Friday, Feb. 24 before venturing to Macon.
