ABOUT THE OPPONENT
    The Panthers are 10-16 on the season after their first conference (Sun Belt) weekend going 0-3 against South Alabama. Georgia State leads the series 16-8 with Mercer winning the last two of three. The Bears have not played them since 2020 and their first meeting dates back to 2007. Mercer will have to watch out for senior outfielder, Emily Brown who is currently on a three-game hit streak and went 2-3 this past weekend.Â
