Mercer Men’s Golf Gets Underway at The Mirabel Maui Jim Intercollegiate

MACON, Ga. – Mercer Men's Golf Team travels to Scottsdale, Arizona for the Mirabel Maui Jim Intercollegiate. The 54-hole tournament hosted by Georgia State University on Friday, September 8 though Sunday, September 10.
THE FIELD
The Bears will be matched up against 15 other schools that feature many top-25 ranked schools. The schools include No. 6 Auburn, Colorado, Hosts Georgia State, Little Rock, No. 22 Oregon, Santa Clara, Fresno State, Missouri, San Diego State, Texas State, UNLV, SMU, Fresno State, and New Mexico State.
THE LINE-UP
Leading Coach Jason Payne's squad is senior Tobias Jonsson who was just named to the Preseason Fred Haskins Award Watch List. Along with Jonsson, the Bears roster for the weekend includes Trey Mixon, Jay Spivey, Connor Holcroft, and Jonathan Parker.
