Mercer Set To Host Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational

MACON, Ga. - The Mercer women's golf team is getting ready to host the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational this weekend from Feb. 20-22.
The three-day event will be held at Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro, Georgia. The first two rounds on Friday and Saturday are scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. off holes No. 1 and 10. The final round on Sunday will begin at 10 a.m. from a shotgun start.
This will be the Bears' second competitive tournament of the season after opening the season in Boca Raton at the FAU Paradise Invitational Feb. 2-4.
At last year's tournament at Reynolds, with cold and windy conditions all three days, the Bears finished tied for third place out of 15 teams in the tournament. Mercer finished at 38-over par, 902. Western Kentucky won the tournament last year and the Hilltoppers are once again in the field this year.
