Men’s Soccer Welcomes Furman in SoCon Clash

MACON, Ga. – Mercer Men's Soccer will play host to the Furman Paladins tomorrow at 7 p.m. at Bear Field. Tomorrow's match will have big implications in the SoCon standings as the two squads are separated by just three points.

SERIES HISTORY | LAST MEETING
Mercer is 6-4-3 all-time against Furman entering tomorrow's match. The two squads went toe-to-toe on Oct. 3 in Greenville, S.C., earning a 0-0 draw. Furman outshot Mercer 9-8 in the contest, including 4-3 in shots on goal. Jeremy Booth stepped up to record four saves, earning his first clean sheet of the season.

Lawrence Wyke continues to be Furman's top threat, scoring six goals and dishing out three assists this season for a points total of 15. Ben Hale anchors the Paladins in goal, allowing 12 goals this season and posting a 7-4-2 overall record with five shutouts.
