Mercer faces Furman in a key SoCon matchup on Friday
MACON, Ga – The Mercer men's tennis team travels to Greenville, S.C., to face Furman in a key Southern Conference matchup on Friday afternoon from the Mickel Tennis Center. The Bears are looking to extend their five match winning streak.

Furman and Mercer are battle for a top four spot in the Southern Conference to qualify for the SoCon Men's Tennis Championship this season.

Furman enters the match with a 6-10 overall record and a 3-1 mark in conference play. The Paladins ended a three match losing streak in their last match. On Sunday, Furman defeated Chattanooga, 6-1, earning its third SoCon victory.
