MACON, Ga. – Mercer prepares to welcome the Auburn Tigers for a midweek matchup. The game is set for 6:00 p.m.

MERCER OUTLOOK
The Bears enter the midweek matchup following a 2-1 weekend against Furman, improving to 2-7 in the conference.

Diamond Williams leads the team with a batting average of .345. Williams is tied with Annie Potter in doubles (7). Potter and Alyssa Woods are tied at five triples. Rebeca Laudino leads in runs (20), hits (36) and RBIs (17). Kenlie Harvey leads with three homeruns. Tori Hedgecock has 21 total walks.

In the circle, Hannah Pitts leads with a 4.72 ERA and a 1.13 WHIP. Pitts threw 19 total strikeouts this past weekend.

SCOUTING AUBURN
The Tigers currently hold a 29-9 record, ranking 17^th overall in the NCAA.

Carlee McCondichie leads with a batting average of .400. Makayla Parker leads in runs and hits with 36 each along with leading in triples (3). Nelia Peralta leads with 11 doubles and 20 walks. Bri Ellis has recorded a total of 13 homeruns and is tied with Jessie Blaine with 27 RBIs.

Maddie Penta holds the lowest ERA (1.63) and WHIP (.90). Penta is 18-4 on the season.

Head Coach Mickey Dean is within his fifth season.
