Mercer to Host ETSU

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer Bears will host the ETSU Buccaneers for their final home conference series. The Bears are looking for their first series sweep.

MERCER OUTLOOK
The Bears went 1-2 in Cullowhee, N.C. last weekend in their series against Western Carolina. Mercer looks to improve their 3-9 conference record this weekend against ETSU.

Diamond Williams leads the team with a batting average of .337. Annie Potter leads with eight doubles and is tied with Alyssa Woods with two triples. Rebeca Laudino leads in runs (22), hits (40) and RBIs (20). Kenlie Harvey leads with three homeruns. Tori Hedgecock has 22 total walks.

In the circle, Hannah Pitts leads with a 5.14 ERA and a 1.17 WHIP. Pitts holds a W-L record of 4-14.

SCOUTING ETSU
The Buccaneers are 5-39 on the season with a conference record of 1-8.

Andrea Sarhatt holds the highest batting average of .303 and leads in runs (18), hits (37), and triples (4). Cameron Young leads with six doubles. Kelly Warren leads in RBIs and walks, totaling 12 in each. Amber Atkins has two homeruns on the season, the team lead.

Allison Farr has the lowest ERA of 5.87 and holds a 3-13 W-L record.

Head Coach Belinda Hendrix is within her 1^st season.
