MACON, Ga. – The Mercer men's tennis program fell 6-0 to FAU on Friday morning in DeLand, Florida. The Bears competed hard, forcing a third set on three of the singles courts but ultimately could not produce a win. Singles was played first, so doubles was not played after FAU had already clinched the match.

On court five, Andrew Branicki dropped the first set but fought in the second set to win a tiebreak 7-5 to force a third set. Lucas Dini also won the second set on court four, pushing the match to three sets. Marceau Foulihoux dominated the second set on court six, but fell in the third. Nemanja Stefanovic almost won the first set on court two, forcing a tiebreak that landed 7-5 in favor of FAU's Filip Krolo.
